Baia's Wine is a family estate in the village of Obcha, Imereti, in western Georgia, led by winemaker Baia Abuladze on organic, biodynamically farmed land her family has worked for generations. This TTK cuvee co-ferments Tsitska, Tsolikouri, and Krakhuna in qvevri using the traditional 'sviri' method, with roughly 30% skin contact, wild yeast, minimal sulfites, and no filtration.
