Since 1910, four generations of the Lini family have produced traditional-style Lambrusco at their winery in Reggio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna. "Labrusca" is the ancient Roman name for the family of Lambrusco grapes (Rosso means red). The wine is made by Lini's classic Martinotti/Charmat method — a still Lambrusco undergoes a second fermentation in pressurized, temperature-controlled tanks and is aged on its lees for complexity.
