Schloss Johannisberg is a historic Rheingau Riesling estate. This Riesling is made from hand-harvested grapes from the single Schloss Johannisberg vineyard — a highly aromatic wine with distinctive notes of white flowers, citrus and pear — fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel (about 10% in wood) and aged on the lees.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant pale lemon-yellow. The nose is young, with white flowers, lemon and pear. Firm and fresh on the palate, well balanced with crisp acidity.
