Clos Canarelli's Corse Figari Rose comes from Yves Canarelli's certified-organic and biodynamic vineyards in Figari, on Corsica's southern tip. It is a blend of 50% Sciaccarellu, 30% Niellucciu, and 20% Grenache, made with whole-cluster fermentation and juice obtained by 90% direct press, 10% saignee.
Tasting Notes
Fragrantly floral and stony, with notes of warm apricot and bergamot, and a fine, delicate nose of small red fruits and spices (per official importer notes).
