Domaine Giacometti Cuvée de l'Agriate Rosé 2024

In 1987 the Giacometti family moved to Corsica's remote Agriates desert, between Cap Corse and Calvi, taking over vines planted in 1966 on sandy granite soils that authorities granted Patrimonio appellation status despite lying several miles from the village itself. Founder Christian Giacometti has been gradually handing the estate to his children Sarah and Simon (third generation); the domaine has been certified organic since 2017. Cuvee de l'Agriate Rose is made from Niellucciu blended with a splash of Sciaccarellu -- a variety that is extremely rare for Patrimonio.
