Domaine U Stiliccionu, in Serra-di-Ferro on Corsica's southern coast, has been run by Sebastien Poly since 2006, farming organically (certified 2009) and biodynamically on granitic soil in the Taravo valley. Antica is 100% Sciaccarellu, one of the estate's entry cuvees, made in Sebastien's naturally-minded, low-intervention style with no added SO2.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and flavorful, with remarkable finesse and subtly integrated notes of red fruit and spice; its character has drawn comparisons to Burgundian Pinot Noir for its elegance and delicacy.
