Domaine U Stiliccionu sits in Serra-di-Ferro on Corsica's southern coast, between Propriano and Ajaccio. Sebastien Poly took over his grandfather's 4.5-hectare property in 2006, converting it to organic farming (certified 2009) and then biodynamics; the original vines were planted in the 1960s on granitic, northern-exposed terroir. Sebastien vinifies without added yeast and works toward zero added sulfites. Emy-Lidia is his white cuvee, 100% Vermentino from vines around fifty years old grown on schist and granite soils.
