Domaine Zuria was founded in 2010 on a 150-year-old family property on a plot belonging to Dominique Zuria, the last "Pialincu" muletier of the limestone plateau above Bonifacio. Christian and Nadine Zuria are on a mission to revive one of Corsica's great lost terroirs, farming organically (transitioning to biodynamic) across three plots in Stintinu, Musella and Spinella, planted mostly to Sciaccarellu alongside Moresconu, Vermentinu, Genovese and Biancu Gentile. Aria Rouge is 100% Sciaccarellu from the domaine's youngest vines, grown on granitic soil in the Longa Valley and San Giuliano, and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit purity.
