The E Croce cuvées come from Yves Leccia's finest vineyard parcels on the E Croce plateau, a thin chalk soil over a bedrock of pure schist facing the Gulf of Saint-Florent, within the AOC Patrimonio appellation. This wine is 100% Vermentino, certified organic (FR-BIO-01). Vinification is temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation at 18°C for 15-20 days, followed by 6 months of aging in stainless steel. Notable cellaring potential of 15+ years.
Tasting Notes
Clear pale yellow color with green hints. White floral aromas with hawthorn and honey notes. Fresh palate with citrus and flint minerality, showing elegance and complexity.
