Bodegas Emilio Hidalgo was founded in 1874 in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, DO Jerez-Xeres-Sherry, and is today run by the fifth generation of the family. This Fino is aged under a veil of flor yeast in the traditional solera system, developing freshness, depth and a distinctive nutty character.
