Profile & Story
I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano was founded in 1976 in Santo Stefano Belbo when Bruno and Marcello Ceretto partnered with four local growers to restore quality to Moscato production; the winery farms 32 hectares of estate-grown and estate-controlled vineyards in the Santo Stefano area and has been certified organic since 2017. Vinified exclusively in steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow in color; intensely fruity and aromatic nose of white flowers and stone fruit; sweet on the palate, balanced by fresh acidity and the wine's naturally low alcohol (around 5%).
Pairing Recommendation
A classic pairing with fruit tarts and light pastries, in keeping with the wine's dessert style.
