Profile & Story
Patrizi is a Piedmont label of the Manfredi family, who have farmed vineyards in the Langhe since 1930; the estate is run today by Aldo Manfredi with his wife Gianfranca and their daughters. This Gavi di Gavi is 100% Cortese, obtained by gentle pressing of fruit grown in the villages of Gavi and Novi Ligure.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in color with a delicate, distinctive floral perfume; dry and crisp on the palate with characteristic Cortese minerality.
