Profile & Story
Fernando Pighin & Figli is a longstanding family estate in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, farming Guyot-trained vines on the Friuli Grave. This Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 15-20 days at 14-20 degrees C, then rests on its fine lees in steel at 12-15 degrees C.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with delicate greenish tinges; nicely layered, concentrated aromas of tomato leaf, nettle, sage and yellow bell pepper; dry on the palate with excellent body and aromatic length.
