Chateau Maris's estate is AOP Minervois La Liviniere in the Languedoc, between the Mediterranean, the Pyrenees, and the Black Mountains; this Pays d'Oc rose (65% Grenache, 35% Syrah) is pressed directly without skin contact and fermented and aged in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
An inviting bouquet of fresh citrus, ripe strawberries, and subtle floral notes, with hints of herbs and mineral freshness. Refined and well-balanced on the palate -- fresh, smooth, with delightful minerality and roundness complementing notes of raspberry and orange.
