Complices de Loire is the collaborative project of Loire Valley growers Francois-Xavier Barc and Gerald Vallee, based in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, sourcing fruit from eight areas around Touraine to produce good-quality, affordable Loire wines. 'Les Collines Rouges' is their Touraine Pinot Noir, vinified in stainless steel and aged eight months in large (6,000-liter) foudres to preserve clear varietal character.
Tasting Notes
Light to medium-bodied, fresh and silky, with red cherry, raspberry, and cranberry fruit, subtle rose and violet florals, fine tannins, and lively acidity.

Pairs well with charcuterie, roast chicken, mushroom dishes, grilled salmon, or soft cheeses such as Brie.
