Prosecco is the signature sparkling wine of northeastern Italy, made from the Glera grape primarily in the Veneto using the tank (Charmat) method, which preserves the wine's fresh fruit character and easy-drinking style -- a natural fit for a bar's affordable bubbly-by-the-glass pour. This is a house Prosecco pour, in the same generic-label style used by other by-the-glass wine bars.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of green apple and white peach lead to a light, lively palate with crisp acidity and a clean, fruity finish.
