Profile & Story
Pace has been making wine in Canale, in the Roero area of Piedmont, since 1934; today the estate is run by brothers Dino and Piero (who joined in 1996, marking the fourth generation), farming 22 hectares of Nebbiolo, Barbera, Arneis, Favorita, Chardonnay, and Pinot Nero.
Tasting Notes
Dense ruby red color; fresh, intense nose of plum and cherry. On the palate it is imposing and warm, with balanced acidity that melds with the wine's structure, a long finish, and a crisp, jammy aftertaste.
Pairing Recommendation
Ideal with pasta dishes, meat, and charcuterie.
