Profile & Story

Comando G is a pioneering project founded in 2008 by Fernando García and Daniel Gómez Jiménez-Landi, dedicated to reviving old-vine Garnacha in the high-altitude granite soils of the Sierra de Gredos, west of Madrid. 'La Bruja de Rozas' (village-level fruit from Rozas de Puerto Real) is hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged around nine months in oak vats.

Bright red raspberry and strawberry fruit with a savory, almost rock-like mineral texture, backed by fine acidity and tannin.
