Domaine Méa is based in the Grand Cru village of Louvois in the Montagne de Reims, farming parcels across Grand and Premier Cru sites including Bouzy, Ludes, Montbré and Louvois; Sophie Milesi has run the family estate since 2014. L'Assemblage blends roughly 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from these Premier Cru villages, given extended lees aging before a long rest in bottle.
