Klein Constantia is a historic Constantia Valley estate in South Africa, dating to 1685 and best known for Vin de Constance. The Methode Cap Classique Brut is a traditional-method sparkling wine of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, whole-bunch pressed using only free-run juice and aged in stainless steel before secondary fermentation in bottle.

Tasting Notes

Bright, light straw in color with aromas of baked brioche and Granny Smith apple; a powerful, zesty mousse with full minerality and a fresh, lingering finish.
