Leeu Passant was founded in 2013 by Chris and Andrea Mullineux with Analjit Singh, dedicated to classic South African terroirs. This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a single cool site at 300m on the iron- and granite-rich slopes of the Helderberg in Stellenbosch, fully destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged 20 months in 500-liter barrels.
