Bodegas Toro Albalá, in Montilla-Moriles (Andalucía), is one of the leading producers of Pedro Ximénez dessert wine. Don PX is made from whole-bunch PX grapes sun-dried on mats for 8-10 days to concentrate sugars before pressing and long barrel aging.

Tasting Notes

Dark mahogany in color, with expressive notes of spiced, candied fruit, dried flowers and coffee; round, elegant and long on the palate.
