Bottega Vinai is Cavit's premium single-vineyard-selection line, crafted from grapes hand-picked at select high-altitude sites in Trentino, including vineyards near Rovere della Luna and Valle dei Laghi above Lake Garda. Cavit is a cooperative of cooperatives founded in 1950 drawing on over 4,500 grower families across Trentino; only a small share of fruit from these premium sites is selected for Bottega Vinai.
Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with green reflections; an intense, floral bouquet when young that develops notes of ripe pear, peach and melon with age; fresh and crisp on the palate.
