Anselmi is a leading Soave-region estate; owner-winemaker Roberto Anselmi has long pushed for higher quality standards in the appellation. San Vincenzo is built mainly on Garganega (roughly 70%) with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and other varieties grown on volcanic hillside soils around Monteforte d'Alpone.
Tasting Notes
An expressive, creamy white with notes of blood orange, fresh tarragon, yellow peach and mineral, in a light-bodied frame.

Well suited as an aperitif or alongside light dishes based on fish, shellfish or vegetables.
