Profile & Story
Fattoria dei Barbi is a historic Montalcino estate. Brusco dei Barbi was created in 1969 by Giovanni Cinelli Colombini after researching historical Tuscan fermentation techniques, using extended maceration on mostly Sangiovese (with a small share of other red varieties) to produce a wine that is approachable young but capable of aging.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant, lively ruby red; a bright nose of red berries and wild strawberries with subtle floral notes; supple, fresh-tasting and delightfully drinkable on the palate.

Pairs well with white meats, cured pork cuts, spicy sauces, fresh cheeses and traditional pizza.
