Feudi di San Gregorio is one of Campania's leading producers, based in Sorbo Serpico (AV). This Falanghina del Sannio is 100% Falanghina, fermented and aged for about 5 months in stainless steel; the name recalls the ancient Roman practice of training vines on poles ("falangae") in the Sannio countryside.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with brilliant green reflections; an intense, persistent bouquet of delicate white flowers and fruit; fresh and balanced on the palate with a clean finish.

Ideal as an aperitif; pairs well with appetizers, simple fish and vegetable plates, and fresh cheeses.
