Poderi Luigi Einaudi is a historic family estate in Dogliani, Piedmont, that has produced this Nebbiolo since 1930. The fruit comes from 5.2 hectares of marly-calcareous vineyard at 300-380m with vines 14-45 years old; fermented in cement at controlled temperature, aged about a year in 500-liter French oak tonneaux, then 4-6 months in bottle.
