Domaine La Grangette is a certified-organic estate in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation of the Languedoc, run by Christelle and Matthieu Caron — noted as the only domaine vinifying Picpoul in all three colors. "Poule de Pic" is their 100% Piquepoul Blanc, grown for small yields and concentrated aromatics near the coastal breezes that give the appellation its characteristic salinity.
