Les Chemins de Bassac is the certified-biodynamic, vegan-certified label of Bruno & Thama Trigueiro — a former-architect couple from Brazil who took over this historic Languedoc estate in Puimisson (Côtes de Thongue) in 2016. This 100% Roussanne is grown on limestone-clay, ancient alluvial-terrace soils at 100m elevation, fermented with wild yeast and no added oenological products, gently pressed with light débourbage, fermented in concrete tank, and bottled unfiltered by gravity according to the lunar calendar.
