Grower Champagne from Hervé Rafflin (family roots to the 1840s; he took over in 2001): 5 ha of ~30–40-year-old vines in the Montagne de Reims Premier Cru villages of Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Rilly-la-Montagne and Taissy, certified organic from 2021. 'Nature'l' is roughly 80% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir with a low dosage (~1.8 g/L), Extra Brut.
