Silvia Zucchi is a third-generation grower in Modena (Emilia-Romagna) whose personal line focuses on single-varietal Lambrusco di Sorbara 'in purezza,' farmed organically. The Rosato is 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara, hand-harvested and made sparkling by a long refermentation on the lees in tank (Charmat lungo) with native yeasts; dry (Brut).
