Biodynamic/natural estate in Mozé-sur-Louet, Anjou (Loire Valley). 'Terre de 3' is 100% Chenin Blanc blended from three parcels — Rogeries, Grand Vau and Clos des Gabouchons — on schist, volcanic rhyolite and quartz. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, ~24 months on its lees (part stainless, part wood), unfiltered and without added SO2.
