Profile & Story
Maison Breton Fils is a family-run Champagne house founded in 1945 (with roots tracing further back through generations of Petit Morin winegrowers), farming 16 hectares around Congy, about 30km south of Épernay, including Premier and Grand Cru parcels. The Brut Tradition blends roughly equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. 12.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
A slightly pale-yellow color with fine bubbles; floral notes joined by mirabelle plum and candied fruit on the nose, with a light, elegant, structured and slender palate.
