About the Wine
The blend includes 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Petite Verdot, and 12% Malbec. Individual lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Malbec arrived at the winery from late August until mid-October. While each lot was treated differently based on its ripeness upon arrival, these lots were all fermented, settled and barreled down separately. After cherry picking some of our favorite new barrels for Devine, Ms. Behave and Para Siempre, the remainders were tapped to produce this blend. Where some of our other Bordeaux style blends see quite a bit of new oak, Cirque du Vin is fruit driven and expressive, only seeing some 25% new French and American Oak. Wines were racked once to blend in summer of 2023 before being aged an additional 11 months prior to bottling in July of 2024.
Tasting Notes
This wine displays a medium light garnet color and opens with aromas of black and green olives, stone fruit, currant, and autumn leaves. On the palate, red currant flavors blend seamlessly with hints of fennel and sage, creating a well-balanced and layered taste experience.

Perfect paired with Braised Short Ribs over creamy Risotto.
