Casa Vinicola Luigi Calissano e Figli was founded in Alba in 1872, producing the classic wines of the Langhe, traditional-method sparkling wines and vermouth. This white vermouth is built on a Gavi base combined with 12 different herb species, reviving Turin's authentic aperitif tradition (vermouth was born in Turin in 1786, when herbal essences and spices were added to wine).
