Naturale is a collaboration between Giusto Occhipinti of the Sicilian winery COS and artisanal chocolate maker Simone Sabaini, built around wine as the lead ingredient. This red vermouth has a Nero d'Avola base fermented with indigenous yeasts and is made entirely from Sicilian ingredients, including locally sourced herbs and aromatics.
