Borgo San Daniele, run by siblings Mauro and Alessandra Mauri in Cormons, Friuli, makes organic wines from native grape varieties between the Collio and Isonzo, near the Slovenian border. Santon is the estate's agricultural vermouth, presented in two expressions, Bianco and Rosso - 'Blanc e Ros, a blend of flavours'.
