Elena Fucci's red vermouth comes from the Vulture area of Basilicata, made from her Aglianico del Vulture 'Titolo' Classico wine. It is flavoured with Mediterranean botanicals - sweet and bitter orange, lemon and tamarind - alongside savory, rosemary and juniper, for a profile of balanced sweetness and spice.
Tasting Notes
Ruby-claret in colour. Light aromas of wormwood, vanilla, clove and herbs; on the palate, tart red berries and herbs make for a full-bodied, super-dry finish, with a floral sensation of rose and hibiscus.
