Maison Saint AIX is one of the largest and highest-elevation (420m) estates in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. AIX Rose blends Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, direct-pressed and macerated at low temperature for 5-6 hours, then aged in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

Bright pale pink with aromas of fresh red berries, melon and grapefruit; balanced, full-bodied and elegant with a long, refreshing finish.

Pairs well with oysters, lobster, salmon, composed salads, grilled fish, white meats, spicy Asian dishes, fresh goat cheese, and desserts like red fruit tarts or lemon sorbet.
