Bouvet Ladubay, founded in 1851 in Saumur, is one of the Loire Valley's leading méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine houses. Their Crémant de Loire Brut is a Chenin Blanc-led blend, hand-harvested and first fermented in stainless steel, then aged a minimum of 18 months on the lees after the secondary fermentation in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Gold in color with hints of amber and fine bubbles; notes of toast, green apple and lemon in a well-balanced, elegant profile.
