Domaine Chavet farms 23 hectares in Menetou-Salon, Loire Valley, a tradition dating to the 17th century; since 2018 the estate has been run by Antoine de la Farge. 'La Cote' is 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Tasting Notes
A riper style of cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc than neighboring Sancerre, dry and light-bodied with high acidity, showing more fruit and less flinty edge.
