The Heritage 'An 825' Cremant de Limoux Brut Rose -- named for 825 AD, when monks at the nearby Abbey of Saint-Hilaire are said to have discovered the secret of sparkling-wine effervescence -- blends Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes
Salmon-pink with glimmering reflections; complex aromas of strawberry and raspberry backed by hints of toasted bread, with delicate bubbles and a rich, indulgent texture.
