Château des Demoiselles is a 300-hectare estate in the Esclans valley of Provence, with about 72 hectares of AOP Côtes de Provence vines set around an 1830 bastide. The certified-organic estate is owned by Aurélie Bertin, who also owns Château Sainte Roseline. Charme des Demoiselles is its Côtes de Provence rosé.
Tasting Notes
Pale salmon in color, dry and crisp, with red-berry, citrus and stone-fruit notes and a fresh, elegant finish.

Ideal as an aperitif and with Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, salads and grilled vegetables.
