Gürbüz Winery sits in the Ganos Mountains near Gaziköy, on the coast near Tekirdağ in Turkey's Thrace region — the historic heart of Thracian viticulture. Farmed by third-generation growers, the estate works both native and international varieties, including this dry Cabernet Sauvignon of around 15% alcohol.
