Gürbüz Winery sits in the Ganos Mountains near Gaziköy, on the coast near Tekirdağ in Turkey's Thrace region, and is farmed by third-generation growers. This is the estate's skin-contact 'natural' orange wine, made from Sauvignon Blanc and Misket with no added sulfur.
Tasting Notes
An amber-hued, skin-contact white: dry and textural, with orchard and citrus fruit, a gentle grip of tannin and a savoury, aromatic character.
Pairing Recommendation
Good with charcuterie, aged cheeses, and spiced or Mediterranean dishes.
