Cruse Wine Co. was founded in 2013 by Michael Cruse to make fresh, satisfying, fruit-driven wines from California's North Coast (Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Contra Costa/Suisun). 'Monkey Jacket,' the winery's flagship red, is a nearly equal blend of Valdiguie, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Carignan with a touch of Tannat and Pinot Noir.
