LIOCO was founded in 2005 by Matt and Sara Licklider to make transparent, terroir-driven California wines. The Sonoma County Chardonnay is fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel - an homage to the mouthwatering Louis Michel Chablis that inspired it - drawing on cooler western Sonoma sites farmed sustainably.
Tasting Notes
Green apple, lime zest and white flower on the nose; mineral, quince and candied lemon-peel flavors. Fresh, with lifted aromatics, vibrant yet integrated acidity and impressive flavor intensity.

Suggested pairings: shrimp & grits, fried cod, and chicken with mustard sauce.
