Cavas Marevia is an organic Cava producer based in Requena, Valencia, run by the Hevia Ferrer family, whose roots in sparkling winemaking trace back over a century to Pedro Ferrer and Dolores Sala, founders of Freixenet. Bella Mistala Brut is made from organically grown grapes, 75% Macabeo and 25% Chardonnay, aged more than twelve months at 15 degrees Celsius.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with greenish tones and fine, persistent bubbles. Intense aromas of pear and apple with notes of lime and white flowers; fresh on the palate with well-integrated acidity and an elegant floral finish.
Pairing Recommendation
Pairs with fish, seafood, and rice dishes, as well as carpaccio, maki, and sashimi. Serve chilled.
