Les Vignobles Foncalieu has been rooted in the winegrowing traditions of southern France since 1967, drawing on generations of heritage across terroirs stretching from the gates of Carcassonne to the shores of the Mediterranean. This rose blends Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. The grapes are gently direct-pressed at low pressure, given cold stabulation on the lees and cold static settling, then fermented slowly in temperature-controlled stainless steel, resting for three months with regular batonnage on its fine lees for a rounder, more textured mouthfeel.
