Weingut Pittnauer is a biodynamic estate in Gols, Burgenland, run by Gerhard and Brigitte Pittnauer. Mash Pitt blends Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner and Sauvignon Blanc, farmed organically and aged in a wooden cask. The 2022 has 1.6 g/L residual sugar, 5.8 g/L acidity and 13.5% alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Herbal and taut, with mature grapefruit, green tea and yellow fruit on the nose. The palate shows grip and structure, finishing with finesse and elegance.
